Things that are not listed here don't mean I don't do them (like a flat shaded bust or anything) so if you have something like this in mind, feel free to drop me a note and ask :3

TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S.)

Payment

• through Paypal. You will get an invoice from me. Please do not send the money to me without the invoice first.

• bank transfer for within the European Union

• it is possible to have a payment plan on larger commissions (<200€). Please tell me first and we can work on it, though, so I know.

• Payment is due after you approved the sketch.

Refunds:

Linework & flats stage_____________35% refund

Painting / Shading stage__________ No refund

Workflow

• Please try to keep the descriptions on how you want the picture simple and understandable.

• Small edits of minor details (forgot to add a marking, wrong eye colour etc) is free

• Larger edits will have a fee of 30€ per hour (also if something has been this way since the sketch-stage and when I'm through my way colouring, you want to change it.)

Rules of usage

• Feel free to upload the finished commission to your art accounts for PUBLIC usage with credit

• You may use the high resolution file sent to your e-mail for PRIVATE usage (do not resell prints, redistribute etc)

• I can use the commission and sell prints of it at art shows and in other printed form. I may use it in other projects, such as Patreon, for private usage and so on.

• I can use the commission in future art-books and as prints, and edit it to fit a broader audience (make SFW versions)

• if you don't want me to use your commission for any way described above and/or not shown in public at all, there is a fee to pay due to compensation

• nothing made by me may be used for NFT/cryptocurrency/AI learning stuff
