I think this is probably one of the most detailed paintings I ever did to this day :D

A few months back Nightcore asked me if I could draw him a Commission - with himself as Bilbo and me as Gandalf, having both of them in front of his house and looking at the beginning party to his 111th birthday :D

And here it is!

I took lots of references from the movie to get the scene right though I altered a few things, like the position of Bilbo's house to the view down to the party. There might be a few details missing but it's as good as I can do it to this moment and I'm proud of me x3

Ich muss bei sowas ja immer an die Rauchszene denken. Bilbo macht den Rauchring, Gandalf das Schiff.
Und dann LotW: "Wenn du dich mit dem Teufel einlässt ändert sich nicht der Teufel, sondern der Teufel ändert dich."
Auch wenn die Szene an sich im Film auch schon sehr klasse war.
Wunderschönes Bild, besonders mit den Details. Grad das Gras an Bilbos Hütte ist schön, aber auch die Kleidung ist gelungen. Weiter so. :)
